GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently meet sales goals and objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through genuine connection, attention to detail, and personalized service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset
