GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience, helping customers find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales goals by cultivating relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service through personalized interactions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships.
• Maintain store appearance, organize displays, and secure assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adapt to new technology and change accurately
• Self-accountability for sales goals with strong selling skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and adapt quickly
