General Function

Our Sales Associates are key to our success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by building relationships and fostering brand loyalty with new and existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service through personalized interactions, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
