GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences, resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results, using selling skills and a drive to meet goals
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment
