GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and making meaningful connections.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and accuracy in tasks
• Self-accountability for sales goals, using effective selling skills
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-changing environment
