GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are key to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping environment.
• Participate actively in fostering a positive store environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and organized. Protect company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adaptability to new technology and processes with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and goal-driven attitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
