GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience, helping customers find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet sales goals by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through connection, attention to detail, and personalized service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized, and secure company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
