General Function

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, engaging, and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and company objectives by building relationships with new and existing customers to foster brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service through personalized interactions, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by building strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Protect company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
• Self-accountability to meet sales targets using effective selling skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to multitask and adapt flexibly in a fast-changing environment
