• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meets sales goals by using sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintains knowledge of current promotions, pricing and visual standards.
• Supports replenishment and store presentation to keep shelves full.
• Delivers prompt customer service and handles returns and exchanges per policy.
• Participates in clienteling, gift card sales and loyalty programs.
• Works with management to promote a cohesive omni-channel experience.
