Overview

Sales Associates are to greet and thank every customer who enters and leaves the store. They must be knowledgeable of all product lines and responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and proper merchandise display. Sales staff will support management with price changes, display resets, and visual standards to ensure a neat and inviting store environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the "Cavender's Culture" and promote our Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service using professional selling techniques.
• Avoid high-pressure sales tactics.
• Maximize selling opportunities with each customer.
• Stay updated on the latest western wear fashion trends.
• Keep the work area organized and clean.
• Understand CBC policies and procedures.
• Be aware of current sales promotions.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and maintaining store appearance.
• Report promptly for scheduled shifts, groomed appropriately.
• Remain security conscious at all times.
• Ensure products are correctly displayed and signed.
• Assist customers with product exchanges and inquiries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet company goals (e.g., ADS, UPT, contests).
