Rainbow USA, a fast-growing retailer with over 1,000 stores nationwide, is seeking a Sales Associate to learn our business and develop the skills to operate a Rainbow store, with a path to store leadership.

Minimum 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required. We offer great compensation and benefits, room for growth, and training to support your professional development.

60 Stores a year means 4-5 NEW Districts and 1 NEW Region a year.

Job Summary:

Sales Associate - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required
