Rainbow USA in Ferguson, MO is seeking a Sales Associate in our entry level management track to learn how we operate a Rainbow store and develop leadership skills.

With at least six months as a department manager in retail, you'll help run daily operations, train staff, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to a strong team environment while pursuing growth opportunities.

Job Summary:

Sales Associate - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required
