Rainbow USA is a fast-growing junior, kids, plus, and petite apparel retailer with 1,000+ stores nationwide seeking a friendly, high-energy Sales Associate to join our winning team. This entry-level management path requires at least 6 months of department manager experience in a retail store.

You will learn our business, operate a store, train and motivate staff, and handle multitasking while maintaining high standards of customer care, organization, and punctuality.

Job Summary:

Sales Associate - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required
