Rainbow USA is seeking a Sales Associate to join our growing junior, kids, and specialty apparel team. This entry-level management position will teach you our business while developing the skills to operate a Rainbow store. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in retail is required.

You will train and lead staff, manage tasks, and ensure customer service excellence as part of a high-energy, growth-focused environment.

Job Summary:

Sales Associate - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required
