Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate in Fredericksburg, VA to deliver a customer-centered experience and build authentic connections. You will share product knowledge and provide personalized service while supporting store operations and merchandising.

This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a strong team mindset. You will engage customers across in-store and digital channels, learn new processes quickly, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy shopping

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
