Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Frederick, MD to deliver a customer-centered experience and support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations. You will engage customers with authentic conversations, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a brand-driven, fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster loyalty and teamwork across the store.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
