Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team with seasonal setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of the store. You will maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards and assist in generating sales, sign waving, pricing and POS operations while helping with loss prevention.

The role requires physical activity such as climbing ladders and standing up to 8 hours, with a minimum age of 16 and a typical hourly rate of $15.15–$15.40, dependent on

• Ability to setup, merchandise, pack-up and teardown seasonal store.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Hourly rate ranges from $15.15 - $15.40 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing and pricing and POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16.

The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
