Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate in Green Valley, Arizona, to support the Store Management Team in setting up, merchandising, and maintaining store operations. This role involves delivering high-quality Guest Services and generating sales, along with performing various housekeeping and operational tasks.

Qualifications include a minimum age of 16 and the ability to meet physical demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods. Various bonuses and pay programs are available.

Hourly rate ranges from $15.15 - $15.40 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

Qualifications

Minimum age requirement: 16.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
