Spirit Halloween in Winchester, Virginia is looking for a Sales Associate to support store management with setup, merchandising, and guest services for a seasonal store. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to handle physical tasks such as lifting and prolonged standing.

This position offers hourly pay rates between $12.77 and $13.02 per hour based on experience and qualifications, along with additional benefits such as premium pay programs.

Hourly rate ranges from $12.77 - $13.02 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

Requirements

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
