Job summary

Spirit Halloween is hiring a Sales Associate to support the store management team in setting up, merchandising, packing up and tearing down a seasonal store. You will help maintain Guest Services according to company standards and assist in generating sales, signage, pricing and POS operations while helping prevent loss.

The position starts with an hourly wage of $11.80 to $12.00 per hour, with pay programs subject to qualifications; the minimum age is 16 and physical duties may include climbing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16.

The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
