Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The role maintains Guest Services per Company Standards and assists in generating sales, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The position requires the minimum age of 16, physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and up to 8 hours of standing/walking.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours and perform setup/teardown tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
• Assist with sales generation, signing, pricing and POS operations.
• Support loss prevention and general housekeeping.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
