Job summary

Spirit Halloween is looking for enthusiastic individuals to support the Store Management Team in Roseburg, Oregon. This hourly position involves setting up and tearing down a seasonal store while maintaining guest services to company standards.

Applicants must meet a minimum age requirement of 16 and be capable of physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long hours. Competitive pay programs are offered based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

• Support the Store Management Team in setup and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales and manage POS operations.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $15.55 - $15.80 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.

Requirements

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16.

The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
