Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate in Milwaukie, OR to support the store management team with setup, merchandising, and teardown of the seasonal location. The role focuses on maintaining Guest Services according to company standards, driving sales, and handling sign waving and pricing tasks.

The position requires assisting with POS operations, ensuring shop safety, housekeeping, and participation in loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Assist Store Management with set-up, merchandising, and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain guest services in line with Company Standards.
• Support sales, sign waving, merchandising, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $15.55 - $15.80 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Benefits include: Oregon Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
