Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking seasonal staff in Montgomery, AL to support the store management team with setup, merchandising and teardown of a temporary store. You will also maintain guest services and help drive sales while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities include sign waving, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods; minimum age is 16.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set‑Up and Tear‑Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
