Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate in Columbia, Maryland. In this role, you will support the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, and teardown of the seasonal store while ensuring excellent guest service.

The position requires maintaining store standards and participating in sales operations. The hourly rate ranges from $16.00 to $16.25, and additional benefits include paid sick time and premium pay programs.

• Experience in generating sales and customer service.

Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 - $16.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will generate sales, wave signs, perform general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and support loss prevention.

Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.

Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
