Job summary

Spirit Halloween is looking for a Sales Associate based in Bowie, Maryland, to support the Store Management Team in setting up and maintaining the seasonal store. Responsibilities include guest services, merchandising, and supporting overall store operations.

The ideal candidate must be at least 16 years old and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. This position involves physical activity, including standing and walking for up to 8 hours.

Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.25, with various bonus and pay programs available.

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

Qualifications & Physical Demands

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
