The NOW Massage in Downtown Orlando is seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Experience Representative (Experience Guide) to drive memberships, enhancements, and retail while delivering an elevated guest experience. You will be the face of the boutique, greeting guests, guiding their massage experiences, and supporting front desk operations.

This role emphasizes performance-based compensation with hourly pay and commissions, offering paid training and a positive, zen-inspired team environment.

What You’ll Earn

$15–$16 per hour

• 10% commission on retail sales

Earn up to $260 per month ($3,120+ per year) in membership sales commission alone

The Role

As a Sales & Customer Experience Representative (Experience Guide), you are the face of our boutique and a key driver of revenue.

You will:

• Welcome guests and create a warm, elevated first impression


• Customize each guest’s massage experience


• Educate guests on enhancements, memberships, and retail products


• Confidently recommend memberships to support long-term wellness


• Book appointments and manage the front desk flow


• Handle checkout and ensure a seamless guest journey

You’ll combine hospitality and sales skills to deliver an exceptional experience while driving performance.
