Position Objective

The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, ensuring excellent customer experiences and maximizing profitability. We love what we do and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Results: Meet sales goals through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and merchandise recommendations. Maintain current knowledge of promotions, pricing, visual standards, and handle merchandise and loss prevention duties.
2. Customer Experience: Model and promote MAPS principles, resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure efficient checkout, promote loyalty programs, and build customer relationships through clienteling.
3. Operational Excellence: Support replenishment, assist with visual displays, and maintain store organization and cleanliness.
4. Teamwork and Growth: Foster collaboration, seek personal development, and be receptive to feedback. Other duties as assigned. Note that duties may vary across brands.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Adaptability to technology
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%)
• Frequent climbing (34-66%)
