Position Objective

The Sales Associate supports Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability. We love what we do and believe our teams are the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities

Drive for Results

• Meet sales goals by utilizing sales techniques, communicating product knowledge, and assisting customers with merchandise selections.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
• Handle merchandise, presentation, loss prevention, and visual directives as directed by Management.
• Participate in visual directives including store sets and sales floor maintenance.

Customer Experience

• Promote the MAPS principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure efficient register experience, understanding policies on payments, coupons, returns, and security.
• Encourage buying decisions at checkout, including gift card sales.
• Register clients for reward programs.
• Build customer loyalty through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Know current product fit and style offerings online and in-store.
• Maintain client communication using clienteling tools like Style Connect and Customer Book.

Operational Excellence

• Support replenishment activities to keep the store well-stocked.
• Assist with locate fulfillment and visual presentations, including floor sets and signage.
• Help maintain store cleanliness and organization.

The wage range is $16.50 to $20.65, based on qualifications.
