POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Sales Associate supports Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability. We believe in creating an amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive for Results
2. Meet sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge; assist customers in locating merchandise based on needs.
3. Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
4. Handle merchandise, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed.
5. Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance.

2. Model and promote MAPS principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
3. Resolve customer concerns promptly.
4. Ensure efficient register operation, staying current on policies.
5. Encourage buying decisions, including gift card sales.
6. Register clients for reward programs.

8. Know current product offerings in store and online.
9. Maintain consistent communication with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 16 or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies.

• Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
