Position Summary The Sales Associate / Showroom Floor Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while actively supporting the merchandising and physical setup of the showroom floor. This is a dual-role position combining consultative sales with hands‑on furniture and home furnishings movement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, knowledgeable manner


• Guide customers through the showroom and provide product information


• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems


• Support consignor intake and item tagging as needed


• Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and visual standards

Showroom Floor & Merchandising

• Assist in the placement, relocation, and staging of furniture and home furnishings on the showroom floor


• Collaborate with team members on team lifts for large or heavy items


• Rearrange displays to reflect new inventory, seasonal changes, or sales directives


• Follow all safety protocols when moving merchandise

Compensation

Hourly pay based on experience (DOE). We offer competitive pay plus commissions and bonuses for eligible employees.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift


• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed


• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. with team lift assistance


• Comfortable working in a dynamic, active retail environment

Qualifications
