Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.

• Own the customer experience - greet people politely, be friendly and thank every customer.
• Develop relationships to grow your business and drive repeat visits.
• Achieve individual sales and account goals through product knowledge and upselling.
• Highlight product knowledge and store services to create the best customer experience.
• Ring POS transactions and manage basic account information.
• Assist customers with sizing, fitting and trying on shoes.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean department, and shoe stock room.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
