Job Overview:

The Sales Associate provides superior customer service and supports the General Manager in retail operations to ensure optimal store performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
2. Complete sales transactions accurately and promptly using the POS system.
3. Maintain a welcoming store environment.
4. Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
5. Perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. At least one year of retail experience or a proven track record as a Sales Associate for at least 6 months with successful completion of Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced training modules.
3. Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
4. Managerial experience preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
6. Must be 18 years or older.
7. Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
