Overview:

Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures a positive customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”), and prioritizes service.

Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Generate Sales: Responsible for meeting sales goals, developing relationships with top customers, supporting in-store event sourcing and execution.
2. Customer Experience: Ensures the store reflects the brand vision, leads email capture efforts, educates new associates, and maintains the customer wish list.
3. Crew Development: Assists with training, fosters a welcoming environment, supports recruiting, and participates in team-building activities.
4. Operations: Maintains merchandise controls, loss prevention awareness, and a clean store environment.
5. Merchandising: Maintains merchandising standards, contributes feedback on products.
