Position Overview

Title: Seasonal Part Time Crew Mate (Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate)

Department: Retail

Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee)

Responsibilities

• Assist management in driving sales through exceptional customer service.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and support brand promises.
• Develop relationships with top customers and support in-store events.
• Lead efforts in email capture, customer communication, and maintaining customer wish lists.
• Support crew development through training and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Assist with recruiting and team-building activities.
• Maintain merchandise controls, store cleanliness, and loss prevention awareness.
• Contribute to merchandising standards and provide product feedback.
