Overview

Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience aligns with our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and prioritizes service.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and measures
• Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
• Support in-store event sourcing and execution
• Enhance customer experience by creating a welcoming environment
• Lead efforts in email capture and educate new associates on best practices
• Maintain current customer wish lists and notify customers of new product arrivals

Crew Development

• Assist with training new associates
• Foster a fun, encouraging, and energetic team environment
