Overview:

Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience aligns with our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and prioritizes service.

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Generate Sales: Responsible for meeting sales goals; develop and maintain relationships with top customers; support in-store event sourcing and execution.
• Customer Experience: Ensure the store reflects Shep & Ian’s vision through “Hosting the Party”; lead email capture efforts; educate new associates; keep customer wish lists current.
• Crew Development: Assist with training new associates; foster a welcoming and energetic environment; support recruiting efforts; participate in team-building activities.
• Operations: Maintain merchandise controls; uphold loss prevention awareness; keep the store environment clean and tidy.
• Merchandising: Support merchandising standards; contribute feedback on products.
