Description

Title: Seasonal Part Time Crew Mate (Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate)

Department: Retail

Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee)

Overview:

Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures a positive customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”), and prioritizes service.

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Generate Sales: Meet sales goals, develop relationships with top customers, support in-store event sourcing and execution.
• Customer Experience: Reflect the store’s vision, lead email capture and associate education, maintain current customer wish lists.
• Crew Development: Assist with training, foster a welcoming environment, support recruitment, and team-building activities.
• Operations: Maintain merchandise controls, loss prevention awareness, and store cleanliness.
• Merchandising: Maintain merchandising standards, contribute feedback.
