- Assist customers with special services including gift wrap, gift registry, locating merchandise, catalog orders, special orders, back orders, charge sends, courier deliveries, and furniture orders.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits.
- Efficiently and accurately perform register transactions such as sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of visual merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting.
- Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness standards, including straightening, cleaning, and helping maintain the stockroom.
- Process, ticket, and restock merchandise as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

- You have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- You have 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required).
- You can prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, operate POS systems, and lift/mobilize medium to large items (up to 75 lbs.) using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Full-time associates are expected to have open availability to meet business needs.
- Part-time flex associates must be available for at least two weekend shifts and two weekday shifts, with greater availability for 20+ hours weekly.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to operate POS systems.
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds safely.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, with pay based on factors like education, experience, and location. The anticipated pay range is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
