Job summary

Madewell, a brand within J.Crew Group, is hiring a Sales Associate to bring personal style and energy to our Pittsburgh store. You will help customers discover their look and collaborate with teammates to drive sales while delivering a seamless, inclusive shopping experience.

You’ll stay current with fashion trends, support store operations, and share customer feedback with management. This role requires 18+ years old and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; physical tasks including
