Madewell is seeking a Sales Associate to embody the brand on the sales floor, helping customers find looks with welcoming energy and collaboration.

You’ll drive sales, support store operations and share customer feedback with management, while upholding our values of kindness, inclusivity, and teamwork. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
