Job summary

Chico’s in Medford, OR is seeking a Sales Associate to join our store team. You’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized service experience that reflects our hospitality-driven culture.

In this role you’ll build authentic connections, support merchandising and inventory, help create a seamless omnichannel experience, and promote brand loyalty programs. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age varies by state: at least 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, VA; at least 18 for all other states.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
