Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. in Kittery, ME is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to provide a welcoming, customer-centered experience. You will share product knowledge, build authentic connections, and help create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

You will assist merchandising and stock replenishment, contribute to store performance, and uphold brand standards while collaborating with a supportive team. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for certain states (16+ in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, VA; 18+ for all others).
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
