Job summary

Hard Rock is seeking a Retail Associate to market merchandise to guests and maintain the retail area. This role requires cash handling, guest service, and accurate stocking to ensure availability of goods.

Responsibilities include processing cash/credit transactions, staying updated on store policies, and promoting positive guest relations while keeping a clean, hazard-free environment. Ability to work holidays and weekends and prior gaming industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Cashiering/money handling experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the gaming industry strongly required.

POSITION SUMMARY

This individual is responsible for marketing Retail merchandise to guests and stocking the retail area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Markets retail merchandise to guests.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Cashiering/money handling experience in making accurate change in a fast-paced environment or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours.
• Prior experience in the Gaming industry strongly required.

• Pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
• Hard Rock operations.

PAY RANGE: $14 - $19/Hourly
