Job summary

Caleres, Inc. is seeking a store associate in Kentucky to support daily retail operations, assist customers with finding the perfect styles, and maintain a clean, inviting store. You’ll help with pricing, shipments, inventory, and storefront presentation to ensure excellent shopping experiences.

You’ll work with a tight-knit team, uphold policies with integrity, and contribute to sales goals while embracing diversity and training opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with store associates.
• Ability to communicate positively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and withStore Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
• Team orientation with flexible scheduling including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory are accurate.
• Provide excellent customer engagement and help customers find the right styles.
• Review store performance and support sales goals with urgency and teamwork.
