Job summary

Chico’s is seeking a Sales Associate in Durham, NC to deliver a customer-centered shopping experience and build genuine connections with customers. You will share product knowledge, provide personalized service, and help create a seamless omnichannel experience.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate the register and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
