Compensation: Base salary + commission. Location: Mostly remote (U.S.-based). Travel: Minimal; occasional conferences or client meetings as needed.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support business development and client growth across the energy sector. This is a remote role ideal for someone with early sales experience who is eager to grow into a client-facing career.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in building and maintaining a revenue pipeline across renewables, transmission, O&G, storage, and data centers.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients, qualify leads, and support proposal preparation.
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers on client calls, presentations, and account growth strategies.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and provide regular sales reports.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–3 years of sales experience (B2B services, infrastructure, or related fields preferred).
  • Energy sector knowledge or experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support proposals and presentations.
