Job summary

Paper Source in Raleigh is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and help shoppers select gifts, cards, and wrap options. You will contribute to engaging store displays, participate in campaigns, and learn through Paper Source tools to enhance the customer experience.

A dynamic retail environment, flexible hours, and opportunities to grow with the team are offered. Prior retail experience is helpful, and exemplifying initiative is valued.

WhatYouDo

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with our customers through friendly and geniuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use your product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting store visual merchandising & replenishment standards, showing a commitment to maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable and inviting presentation.
• Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc.
• Leverage training and communication tools (e.g., Cognition, Paper reSource, InsidePS, etc.) to educate yourself continuously on our products and services, supporting the store with this knowledge to give customers a great experience when they visit and shop.
• Protect company assets by adhering to all inventory and loss prevention standards, properly completing any inventories and initiatives.
• Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity (i.e., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing)
