Job summary

Paper Source is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver friendly, professional service and to help customers find gifts, cards, and wraps. You’ll create engaging displays and support campaigns while learning our products and procedures to ensure a great in-store experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, answering questions, maintaining tidy shelves, and following merchandising standards. This role requires energy, a positive attitude, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with our customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use your product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting store visual merchandising & replenishment standards, showing a commitment to maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable and inviting presentation.
• Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc.
• Leverage training and communication tools to educate yourself continuously on our products and services, supporting the store with this knowledge to give customers a great experience when they visit and shop.
• Protect company assets by adhering to all inventory and loss prevention standards, properly completing any inventories and initiatives.
• Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity (i.e., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing).
