Job Highlights

The hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $16.90. This part-time role has a significant impact! The Sales Teammate is responsible for generating sales by providing an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include delivering friendly, knowledgeable service, maintaining store presentation, and working collaboratively with the team.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Available for flexible scheduling
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role (preferred but not required)

Role Purpose

The Sales Associate supports store sales and KPIs by embodying brand values and delivering a unique customer experience. This role reports to the Store Manager and may assume Stock Specialist duties in their absence.
